Return Policy
Ticket Refund Policy for UJ Steps to the Future Walk Event Cancellation: If the UJ Steps to the Future Walk is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders may be eligible for a full or partial refund at the discretion of the event organizers. The decision of the organizers will be final and binding. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to yumnap@uj.ac.za or niamhf@uj.ac.za. Refund requests will be processed within five business days of receipt. No Refund Policy: Unless the event is cancelled, tickets are generally non-refundable. In cases where refunds are not possible, ticket holders may be offered the option to transfer their ticket to another participant or donate their ticket value to support students in need. Transfer Policy: Tickets may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from the event organizers. Please contact the organizers for details.
